      While cancellations are very rare, I understand that schedules change. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the tour for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour’s start time, there will be no refund. Cut-off times are based on the Central Standard Times. In the event of extreme weather (e.g. ice, snow, hurricane, tornado), and the tour is canceled for one of these extreme weather reasons, you receive a full refund.
